has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1.  On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike "for the Albuquerque public school district". 

    2.  On page 1, line 20, after "children", insert "statewide".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
